At Ila Integrative Health, we offer a holistic approach to personalized healthcare.

We are available to conduct online telehealth consultations, catering to both new and returning patients. These convenient appointments are designed to accommodate your needs and can be conveniently billed to in-network insurance providers, ensuring that our services remain accessible to all.

  1. Sign up for the OptiMantra portal: You will receive a welcome email from us with a link to join our patient portal and instructions for your first visit.

  2. We request that you complete the questionnaires in the portal 48 hours before your appointment, this allows us time to review your information.

  3. Please upload a picture of the front and back of your insurance card.

  4. A reminder will be sent two days before your appointment if you haven’t finished the steps listed above.

  5. If you have any issues signing up for the portal or filling out the intake questionnaires, please contact us at 406-422-0040.

  6. Telemedicine services offered through the practice are not Emergency Services; in the event of an emergency or urgent medical issue, please use a phone to call 911, go to the emergency department, or go to urgent care.

What to Expect at Your In-Person Visit

During your in-office visit, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for check-in procedures. Payment and Insurance Information

Ila Integrative Health accepts the following insurance plans. We are in-network with:

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield

  • IMPACT Montana Provider

We offer Compensation and Pension exams for Veterans.

All services are paid for by the patient before initiating any service/product packages. You may pay via cash, check, or credit card. We can accommodate HSA or FSA account payments in some limited situations.

There is a $30.00 fee for any check returned by the bank.

All payments are due at the time of service. Upon request, payment may be split between two installments due at the time of service and within 30 days of the first appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide a 24-hour notice for appointment cancelations. There is a $50 charge for missed appointments without 24-hour notice. This payment is expected before any further appointments can be scheduled.
